I have complained and they said yes it did go past your stop at whatever time."really I must be going blind". Today the driver drove past me without even looking at my stop and this made me late for work again and the same day the driver has just ignored a man waiting with his arm out. It is unfair on the people who buy monthly tickets for a service that is non existent.How you are still in business I don't know!!!! You seriously need to take a look at the staff you have because some are a disappointment!!!!
