  I wouldnt choose a dress from here even if they were giving it away!
  Cant express how awful our expierence was. Arrived 15 mins early and were finally greeted with an eye roll and "whats with everyone being early today" and then left .... at 1.30 another person came out and flung a clipboard at me with a mumble of "fill this out " ... the enthusiasm of the assistants was non existant. And we were left for a significant period looking for direction / permission to start looking at dresses. I picked up a dress as dresses are stacked like sardines in a can and for the first time saw some emotion from one of the shop asistants who yelped and raised her voice dashing over ,saying we were not to pick up the dresses due to health and safety and the boss didnt like customers touching the dresses. We were given dangly hearts to hang onto the dresses we liked but honestly were a wate of time as I told the third shop assistant Id like to start on the one in front of me who didnt listen and kept asking where Id like to start... my maid of honor repeated what Id just said and this woman stuck her hand out infront of her cut her off and said I want to hear it from the bride. From start to finish of this horrid expierence we were scolded , eye rolled at and told off..if you dont want people touching dresses or picking them up off the rail to see them better. Put signage up OR invest in good hands on HELPFUL CUSTOMER FOCUSED assistants who show an intest in Brides willing to spend a large amount of money in your store. Slouching over a cup of tea with your backs to customers and the door and making people feel so very unwelcome. The fact we had an appointment that interferred with their converstation was made very clear. Didnt even try on a single dress , couldnt run out of there fast enough AND took my details off the clipboard. Wouldnt recommend this shop if it were the last place to buy a wedding dress on the planet.
